Grieve in Chianti is a small yet beautiful on a grand scale. I fell in love with this small hotel (once a pasta factory) with its contrasting pink and yellow stucco. To stay in one of their rooms/apts, you can find it here on Homeaway.

On my way out of Siena I passed by this lovely little hamlet and couldn’t resist capturing this Tuscan home.

Picture postcard from Castello di Gabbiano, Val di Pesa in the Florentine countryside. Coincidentally I managed to capture a bee in flight.

I have to say this castle is stunning. I’ll post more photos soon. I was there about 2 hours basking in its beauty shooting away with my camera.  If you’d like to stay in this stunning castle surrounded by its magnificent views, you can book it here on Tripadvisor.flowers-bee-plant-tuscany

I'm a English photographer and mother living in a quaint medieval village in the hills of Tuscany, Italy. Almost every day I find myself lost in the stunning landscape and architecture of these ancient settlements. I try and portray this beauty through my images, in hope of transporting those browsing to a more peaceful and tranquil place.
